Our business specializes in custom welding and fabrication of stainless steel process equipment.
We have experience in different types of welding however we specialize in the use of  tungsten inert gas or (TIG) welding.
TIG is an arc welding process that uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode to produce the weld.
We specialize in the fabrication of customized stainless steel products. The grade of the stainless steel material we work on the most is 304/304L and 316/316L. The thickness of the material is called a gauge, which can range from 7 gauge to 16 gauge.
We  buy materials from the Chicagoland and vicinity areas to support local business as much as possible. When material is not available, we may buy from neighboring states throughout the US.
Most of our fabricated and repaired items are created at our facility. However, we do come out and do large repairs or installations  at manufacturing and processing companies when the item or project can't be brought in. **Note that an additional charge may be added for emergency calls.
