Our business provides custom welding and fabrication of stainless steel equipment specializing in the fabrication of stainless steel vessels.
We have experience in different types of welding however we specialize in the use of  tungsten inert gas or (TIG) welding.
TIG is an arc welding process that uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode to produce the weld.
We specialize in the fabrication of customized stainless steel products. The grade of the stainless steel material we work on the most is 304/304L and 316/316L. The thickness of the material is called a gauge, which can range from 7 gauge to 16 gauge.
We  buy materials from the Chicagoland and vicinity areas to support local business as much as possible. When material is not available, we may buy from neighboring states throughout the US.
Most of our fabricated and repaired items are created at our facility. However, we do come out and do large repairs or installations  at manufacturing and processing companies when the item or project can't be brought in. **Note that an additional charge may be added for emergency calls.
Please click the "Contact Us" button to provide us with your personal information as well as the best description of the product that you'd like fabricated, repaired or replaced and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please give us a call ahead of coming in to make sure that our head welder will be at the shop in order to give you a quick free consultation. This way we may let you know whether your item can be repaired depending on the type of metal and current condition of the item brought in. You may find our number at the top of this page.
It depends on the complexity of the item or items being fabricated or repaired.  On larger projects, the lead time would depend on how soon we receive your security deposit, drawing approval from you, current workshop load and material arrival.
Due to the customized nature of our products, we request a minimum of 50% or more (depending on the project) to be paid prior to begin fabrication. The materials we purchase are specific to each job, and we can't return them after being purchased.
We would first consult with our customers to reach a better understanding of the customers' need. It would be then that we may come up with ideas and/or suggestions on the best and most affordable way to proceed with the job without sacrificing the quality of our product. However, the final decision is at the customers' discretion.
You may reach us by clicking on the button that says "Contact Us" to find our information or by giving us a phone call at the number shown above. We look forward to working with you!
